Das Grundstück ist das Letzte an der Siedlungsgrenze eines Vorortes im Übergang zu einem relativ unberührten Naturraum.
Der Entwurf greift die Thematik des Grenzbereichs vom Siedlungsraum zum Naturraum auf, indem sich dieser Übergang auch in der Anordnung der Baukörper wiederspiegelt.
Der Hauptbaukörper mit Garage bzw. der Schuppen werden so positioniert, dass im Ankommensbereich eine Hofsituation entsteht, welche gleichzeitig den Straßenraum vom privaten Grünraum trennt. Beide Bereiche kommunizieren jedoch über den freigelassenen Zwischenraum miteinander.

The property is situated on the fringe of a suburban district and nature and is almost surrounded by the forest.
The design attempts to unite the ambience of an area of settlement to nature.
The main building, garage and storage house are placed in a way to separate the access road area from the private greenery by the way of position. Two areas communicate throug an open space in between.
